While Chris Vika was searching for a flight school to start his training with he got overly frustrated with how much work it was to collect, analyze and compare all the different information. Not only does the schools offer different services, the also have totally different ways of presenting it. As with any marketing they try to focus most on what they are good at, and maybe leave some other stuff out. But should the school be the one who decides what is best for you? And doesn’t it just become more confusing when they all know what is best, but can’t always seem to agree?
It was then the idea of an online research database was born. How about collecting as many schools as possible from the web, and present it in a searchable database? Not just a site with a few selected schools or a site only covering schools from a specified geographical area, but schools from all over the world! And how about adding some featured schools to there. Schools that know the true value of informing the students about their options, and who aren’t afraid to be compared to their competitors.
